For Cub Scouts ranks through the 4th grade, the blue uniform may be worn with rank specific accessories (see links below). Webelos in the 4th grade have the option to wear the tan shirt and green pants if the blue uniform no longer fits. The tan shirt and green pants will be work throughout the rest of their scouting journey.
